    Harvest: Early-mid March | Availability: All year round

    Great for: Pies, sauces, cakes, as well as enjoyed fresh; a superb dessert apple.

  • Pink Lady

    Harvest: April | Availability: April - November

    Great for: A snack on its own, but also goes wonderfully with salads, and even when baked.

  • Fuji

    Harvest: Early-March | Availability: March-September

    Great for: Salads and alongside cheeses and nuts.

  • Jazz

    Harvest: March-April | Availability: All year round

    Great for: An all rounder.Bursting with crisp, sweet-tangy flavour Jazz™ is always refreshing.

  • Southern Bliss

    Harvest: April | Availability: April-November

    Great for: Everything! Your go to apple.

The Smiths

Since 1888, our family has grown apples in Tasmania’s beautiful Huon Valley. In 1998 we went organic.

With sunlight, water, love, and a little luck we nurture our organic orchards because we believe everyone deserves the best mother nature can offer.

Organic

In 1998, two years before the United States Department of Agriculture started a national program (NOP), R&R Smith went organic.

People called us radical, too risky, unconventional, eccentric, and any number of other things.
